Booking Terms and Conditions
A 50% deposit (1 room night) is required for all bookings. Please note that due to the nature of our business, we must adhere to the following schedule in the event of a cancellation.
The guesthouse, including all verandahs, is a non-smoking zone.
Wombadah is a couples (or single adult) only Guesthouse
Thank you for your understanding.
Should you need to cancel your reservation:
• 30 or more days before your scheduled arrival date: A full refund of deposit minus a 10% administration fee will be made.
• 15-29 days before your scheduled arrival date:
50% of the deposit will be refunded
• 8-14 days before your scheduled arrival date:
100% of the deposit will be retained (unless rooms are re sold)
• 0-7 days before your scheduled arrival date:
100% of the deposit plus the cost of the second room night (unless rooms are re sold)
